By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Controller Design software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Controller Design software. The Controller Design software is provided to you free of charge. Should you accept the terms of this agreement, the University of Toronto will grant you the personal and non-exclusive right to install and use the software for non-commercial research, teaching and academic purposes. In order to use the Controller Design software commercially, please contact the Laboratory for Non-Linear Systems Control directly at Tel. 1-416-978-2454 or e-mail mills@mie.utoronto.ca to obtain a commercial license. The Controller Design software or any other materials provided in this package may not be modified in any way. The Controller Design software may NOT be redistributed to friends or associates without the written permission of the University of Toronto. You may NOT upload the Controller Design software to a freeware or shareware site without first receiving written permission from the University of Toronto. No parts of the Controller Design software or other files provided in this package may be reproduced in part or in whole. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the Controller Design software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Controller Design software.
