AMIR POURMOUSA received his B.Sc. degree in Physics at Sharif University of
Technology/Tehran/Iran in 1999. His B.Sc. project involved numerical
modeling of Catalytic Converters. He received his M.Sc. degree in Physics
at University of Toronto/Toronto/Canada in 2001. His Masters project
focused on numerical modeling of High Intensity Laser-Plasma Interaction. He is currently a Ph.D.
candidate in the department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the
University of Toronto and his current field of research is particle
production and transport in Wire-Arc Spraying Process, which is a common
thermal spraying technique with applications in automotive and electronic
industries.
